It has an on-site service department with qualified mechanics an electronics technician and a wheelchair technician for all types of installation, repairs and modifications and conversions. The Company's van modification division also works out of the Bradford Street location.

Northland has one of Winnipeg's leading van modification departments, capable of installing hand controls, power seats, power doors, lifts to raise and lower a wheelchair in and out of the van, restraints and special seats that turn and move to allow for easier access into and out of the van. Today, the Company performs the majority of vehicle modifications in Manitoba.

Northland's Bradford Street location houses a large warehouse where it maintains ongoing inventory of many of the products it sells along with parts for service requirements.
